What is included
Basic digitisation includes analogue to digital conversions, basic colour balancing, cropping, rotation, conversion to JPEG and uploading to your online gallery. JPEGs are 2048x2048 pixels that is ideal for viewing online. All photo digitising orders receive a free 3 months subscription to the Standard ReliveDigital Gallery worth $10 per month. Orders over $1,000 will receive for free a 12 months Subscription to the Premium ReliveDigital Gallery worth $240. Standard deliver for digitisation work is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size of job and how busy we are. Please let us know if you have a deadline. Urgent work can be rushed on request - see Special Services below. Min Sale is $100. All prices include 10% GST.
Albums Remove & Replace
25¢ each way
Photos in albums will be carefully removed and replaced by hand. Where photos cannot be removed they will be digitised in the album.
Front and back
extra 99¢ each
Notes or marks on the back of photos can contain valuable information. If requested we will examine each photos and digitise the back if required. Images of the back of a photo will be numbered sequentially as the next image.
Archival TIFF copy
extra 50¢ per file
TIFF files are uncompressed and ideal for printing or archival purposes. They are very large so not practical for viewing. Typical image can be 40MB to 100 MB. TIFFs will need to be delivery on External HDD due to their size.
Digitise Films and Videos
Films
Super 8mm, Standard 8mm and 16mm
70¢ per foot with min $35 per reel
Includes film cleaning and minor repairs, HD frame by frame capture, editing of blank or unusable footage, basic colour correction, cropping, transcoded to MPEG4 h264 and upload to ReliveDigital online gallery. This price applies to standard 8mm, Super 8mm and 16mm films.
Sound capture on Super 8mm is extra 20¢ per foot.
Videos
Most formats
$35 per tape
Analogue videos captured using professional Analogue to Digital converters.
All footage converted to MPEG4 h264 and uploaded to ReliveDigital online gallery. Any blank or unusable footage will be edited out. Minimum price applies regardless of length of final usable footage. All video will be captured and processed in full.

Postage, Shipping and Couriers
We recommend TNT Australia's courier service. TNT's service, tracking and pricing is second to none. We can arrange for TNT to Pick up your materials from your home or office during business hours.We also use Australia Post's Parcel Post service and recommend using Signature on Delivery for extra peace of mind.
How it works
How to get started
Pack and Ship
Gather all your materials and pack them in a sturdy box or post bag.
Print out our Shipping Instructions and Label .
Fill in your details in the form and pack it inside the package. Securely affix the Address Label to your package and ship.
Quote
Once we receive your package we will review your materials and prepare a written quote confirming the charges for your order. Your quote will be emailed to you. Once you accept the quote and pay we will commence work.
Payments
We will send you details of our payment options. You can pay by electronic funds transfer or with a credit card. Please note credit card payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge for Australian Credit Cards and 3% for International and AMEX.
Features
What you get
All materials are delivered to your ReliveDigital online gallery as
soon as they are ready so you wont have to wait. Photo images
are optimised for Apple Retina or similar high quality screens so
your photos will look as good as possible. We also provide copies
to external media such as USB flash memory, external hard disk drives and DVDs.
Bar coded workflow
All your materials are bar coded as soon as we receive them. We will apply
a unique barcode to each bundle, album, box or package. Once we digitise
your photos and movies they will be uploaded into Albums with the same barcode,
making it easy to find the originals.
How long
We normally take between 2 to 4 weeks to process a job depending on how
big it is and how busy we are. Should you have a deadline or require work
urgently we can often expedite your order for a fee. Please let us know if
you need your order by a specific date.
Organise, rename and
tag online
Your ReliveDigital online gallery will enable you to rename, tag, organise and add comments to your photos. Images can also be organised in albums. All materials are delivered to your ReliveDigital online gallery so they are available as soon as they are processed.
Private and Secure
All your photos are set to private as default. That means that unless you sign in, no-one can see them. Photos set to public will be visible on your ReliveDigital gallery. ReliveDigital uses some of the latest technologies and practices to make sure all your information is kept secure and private.
Share
Sharing photos and albums is as easy as clicking on the share icon.
You can share via Facebook, Twitter or email.
When you share a private photo or album, a sharing token is added to
the photo's link making it available to anyone you share the link with
but while keeping it private. Beats a separate login and password.
